What Do I Know About Staying Fit?

When I was young, I was in fairly good shape.
However, I have lapsed to the point that liposuction is my friend and, every now and then, tying my shoes is the equivalent of the lotus position in yoga. If you have experience with fun ways for Baby Boomers to exercise, I hope you will write an article about it for Boomerinas.com.
